The conseil régional d'Aquitaine supports the Opquast program as part of its aid to developing innovative services of public interest program. By enabling the definition and the distribution of standards regarding accessibility, ergonomics, content quality and site maintenance and updating Opquast actively contributes to ICTs and their inherent innovations being appropriated by a large audience. The Aquitaine region supports creativity and development of tools, platforms or operations which contribute through innovation to equal and free access to ICTs for everybody.
